We ordered $100 worth of pizza for our work Christmas lunch. When we opened it, this is what the pizza looked like. There were other issues like it took an hour and a half to get delivered but they said since it was ordered through a third party app. They couldn't do anything about it. When we told them that the meat on the pizza was burnt and it was not edible, they said that's how it's supposed to look when it is cooked that the pepperonis curl up into a cup. I've had this pizza before and it was good so I understand what the pepperonis usually look like but this is definitely burnt. And even though we ordered through a third party app for delivery, Krazy Karl's is responsible for the burnt pizza and they think that this is normal and meets their standards (see pic in their photos). So you can decide for yourself. I know every company makes mistakes but to stand by this pizza and not at least offer a coupon for a free pizza so they can try to get it right next time is poor customer service. We just had to throw it out and find something else to eat. I always think you can tell a lot about a company by the way they handle their mistakes. So in my opinion I would just avoid this place. "I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars" -my husband We love Krazy Karl's, we get their pizza every time we are back in town! The Mile High is a must since it's so unique and absolutely delicious! And we tried the Mac's Up this time and it was easily the best mac n cheese pizza I've ever had! This pizza never disappoints! Fresh new store, clean, good location. Excellent customer experience and fast service. Pizza had a unique flavor the was tasty and satisfying. Adequate ingredients cooked piping hot on a crispy, yet, raised fluffy crust. Will definitely return to try it again. Look forward to the many unique flavors they have on their menu.

Wow!!! Have to say, the Mediterranean was awesome! Great crust and fresh ingredients, with hefty portions at a great price. Best of all, Joey Marino service was professional and had great suggestions on what I might like in a pizza. Recently went to another pizza place for take out and was told 1.5 hour wait - and ended up walking out. Not at Krazy Karl's, I was met with friendly service by Joey and given a fast warm yummy pizza in no time. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pizza was great! My girlfriend got the BLT pizza gluten free crust which was awesome compared to a lot of other places that offer gluten free crust. I got the south of the border pizza and it was great as well. The pizza was ready right on time for pick up and was ready within 30 mins. They had several unique pizza options and it was hard to pick just one. Overall good stuff!

When we walked in We went and sat down at a table, and it took the waiter. Diana probably five minutes to get off of her phone behind the bar and come ask us what we would like for our drinks, even though there was only One other table with two guys at it that had already been served their food she Took our drink orders and went and sat on her phone again then, when she finally brought us our drinks, she sat the drinks down and walked away. We had to call her back to the table to put in our order. Once we put in our order, it took around half an hour for our food to show up even though, we were the only people sitting down once our food came she put down our burnt pizza which we reluctantly ate and she did not come back to check on us and ask if we needed anything I had to get up and go get her attention because she was wearing headphones and on her phone behind the bar again so that I could get my dipping sauces that I had already asked for if you’re that slow service should be fast, I would normally understand if they were busy but this waiter Diana was on her phone the entire time, and a very poor waiter Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

From Greeley to Wellington to this Krazy Karl's we were pretty stoked to be eating here. When we lived in foco we'd get KK delivered all the time as it was a staple in our household. It's no doubt their pizza is some of the best around. It was great the day we stopped in. Service was pretty good up until we received our food. Then it dropped off to virtually nothing. Of five drinks we got one refill, and at 3 dollars a pop you'd expect someone to be paying better attention. But that wasn't the case. When we were ready to pay we had to wave our waitress down to get our check and it wasn't even that busy. It was loud and difficult to talk but I suppose that's understandable on a Sunday football day. Overall we probably won't be going so much out of our way for Krazy Karl's. 76 bucks later... It was very good. Wings were a little over priced for the quantity and size. Queso green chili fries were perfect. Same with the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Customer service was great! Only outdoor seating at this location.
