I like this place because they regularly make the donuts on their counter fresh, and you can appreciate the moment or the process of making them. They have variety, although I would like many more options of filled donuts. Overall, I liked the place and the attention of the person who assisted me. Their Donuts are Unbeatable when they are HOT of the assembly line! They are Literally the GREATEST donuts 🍩 when Hot and Ready. They really only make them fresh each morning. I had place an online order for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick it up, they never made my order and didn’t even have the donuts available to fill what I had paid for! Do better. Bad customer service review:: Drive thru. Ordered 3 hot ones aka original glazed. Drove up to the window and person (receipt host: maleni) was abt to charge $30+. We corrected that we were only getting 3 doughnuts. cashier was flat in facial and tone and blamed it on something unrelated. Requested card didn’t give total when we asked and said she’d give receipt. Gave receipt, doughnuts and quickly shut window and walked away. No napkins (which is desperately needed for these sticky doughs of delight). We sat there, flagged, and used horn to try to get attention but were ignored. It was strange and really off-putting. Two weeks ago i went to the store. There were 5+ workers hiding in the back while one girl was working her booty off running the window and the front. There was a huge line waiting to be helped inside. There were online order dashers waiting for orders to be made. I feel very bad for that worker. And i sat inside for probably 45 min after receiving my donut and during that time the other workers never helped. It’s unbelievable honestly. Then today i wanted a kreme filled and a custard filled donut. I decided to order online through their own website. I ended up ordering a total of six donuts. Unfortunately i had to wait over an hour for the delivery(which is fine i wasnt in a hurry) but i only recieved two correct donuts out of the six i ordered (AND I DIDNT GET THE KREME OR THE CUSTARD FILLED DONUT). I understand that one of them was a “special edition” donut so im not mad about not recieving that one (as they never have those made). But the others were krispy kremes classic donuts they keep in stock. And i ordered mid day, not too early and not too late. So im very annoyed to not get majroity of the donuts i wanted. The drive thru experience was great. Stopped by to get a few donuts and the service was quick and the drive thru attendant was friendly and quick. He gave us our donuts PLUS 2 fresh glazed fresh out the fryer complimentary donuts! That was a sweet treat and will definitely be back at this location for their simple gesture of great customer service. Highly recommend this location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes to get a dozen glazed donuts that look and taste like they are days old.

We drove to the West Valley location today 12/12 because they were doing the buy a dozen get a dozen for $1 and upon our arrival at 7:45PM they tell us they are closed. I don't understand why Krispy Kreme has such terrible customer care. Where is quality control? Is this really how they manage their stores? The website states that hours are 'Open til 10' and why offer a coupon you don't intend to honor? What did you expect was going to happen when you ran the 12/12 promotion? It didn't state anything about "while supplies last" and why wouldn't you offer a coupon replacement for customers you couldn't service? If your app worked properly it would have saved me a 30 minute drive and a lot of frustration but the app has never worked correctly. Does Krispy Kreme not employ any IT staff? I see new locations being built all over but customer experience and quality control is almost completely non-existant now. What is the point to opening new stores when you can't supply the demand? I just can't imagine that Corporate would approve of the way these stores are being managed. There is so much more profit potential. Does your company not worry about Loss prevention? Who is your business manager Krispy Kreme? Someone really should be paying closer attention to the day to day operations of each and every one your stores.
