Great location, haven't ever had a problem here, and staff is usually pretty good. The guy that was working the drive-thru was super friendly and made sure we got some fresh donuts, will definitley be back! Unfortunately a few of the donuts didnt make it in the pic. Krispy Kreme donuts are delicious. We got a couple dozen mixed glazed, chocolate covered, custard filled, etc. I really enjoyed the custard filled with chocolate, and I would have loved to get a jelly filled. Great place for donuts, and the folks at Krispy Kreme definitely have their niche in the land of glazed, jelly, and powdered treats. 10/22/22-Stopped here for a quick breakfast and just got feed disappoint from their customer service. I had been really excited to get the Halloween doughnuts and was looking forward to taking pictures of them. We told the lady behind the glass that we wanted 4, she stuffed them into a bag, and then tossed them on the counter so hard one popped out and laid on the dirty counter. The cashier girl saw what she had done and told them to replace the one that had fallen out. When she went to place it in the bag we both noticed at the same time that the design on all of the others had gotten smashed into a giant mess. She had them redo the whole order in a box. It's sad that only one employee at this place cares about the customer experience. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one was because of her. Also the pumpkin latte my mother ordered was cold. I have never gotten this bad of service from the one near Park Meadows. I had been excited to find another Krispy Kreme, but next time I'm in the area I'll just go to a grocery store for a better experience. Skip this place and go to the one down south if you want a good experience.
