I have such a horrible sweet tooth! Krispy Kreme will always be my favorite doughnut shop. Now mind you they are best when they are hot and fresh but to be honest I have eaten them when they aren’t and they’re still delicious. I love trying the new flavors but you can never go wrong with the glazed especially when the sign outside says “HOT”. If I could I would eat them right off of the belt lol. So my new favorite flavor is the strawberries and kreme as well as the key lime. The banana was ok but I feel like it would be better with banana pudding instead.

Went in expecting a hot donut but donut did not taste fresh. When we were walking out I noticed the fry machine having an unclean look perhaps old batter not sure. The donuts taste like old oil. Ordered online and picked up in store. The place was clean and organized. It was very cool to watch the doughnut machine crank the glazed doughnuts out. My only thing was there were about 6 team members working and the young lady who was boxing my Mobil order up was on her AirPod the whole time talking to someone about how her weekend was going. It didn’t speed the process up at all. The Hershey’s chocolate specialty doughnuts were great! I used to love Krispy Kreme. The last few times I went, it was disappointing. Tonight we decided to give it one more try. They lived up to my past few experiences. The originals are still really good. All other donuts are stale and tasteless. We tried the new Biscoff donuts. They were horrible. No taste at all, little filling, dried out and stale The same with the Boston Kreme. They are not up to the standard, especially when there are so many local shops to choose from

This morning I had the most pleasant experience with the lady at the window. Wish I would have gotten her name. It’s the second day back to school kids missing the bus scrabbling around. I arrive on my way to work to get the best donuts ever (the original glazed). Loved how this sweet lady took my order and well mannered and she put a smile on my face. Thank you - the “five”donut frozen caramel coffee green/blue truck crazy mom lol :)

Horrible service. 4 people working and it took over 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged. All I wanted to do was pick up a mobile order and the lady at the drive thru looked directly at me and walked to the back. No one was at the front working the register. I could’ve walked in a stole one of the coffee tumblers for sale on display in the front and walked out and no one would have noticed. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to simply hand me an order that was just sitting on behind the counter ready for pick up.

This Roswell location seems to be recently renovated. The staff is friendly and patient with all customers. The restrooms were SPOTLESS at the time of our visit... and that says a lot about a restaurant. Floors were recently mopped and tables cleaned. The staff is very proactive with cleaning and keeping up the place to great standards. They were running the lemon flavor... and now it is my FAVORITE! Great spot to meet with friends and gain some pounds with the most YUMMY donuts in town!

Bought 2 dozen donuts in the morning. I had coupons. Cashier did not apply the coupons . That charged me double the amount. Please don’t forget to take your receipt when you purchase something from this store . There is no one available to talk on this issue. Will never go back to this store . There was a nat Inside the glass case with a doughnuts Flying all around them. And of course. Crawling on them as well i'm assuming I Seen that and I left Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
