I feel very bad because the lady who served me gave me the donuts that she decided to give me, and she didn't let me choose my donuts, and then I asked her to please exchange a donut for me, for a chocolate one without filling, because my son She doesn't like the filling, but the lady told me no, that they were only from Dishplay, when I saw that the customers she served before me, they chose her Donuts... They offer a daily special at 5-6pm where you can get one free donut. There's a secret menu in the morning for seniors where seniors receive a free dozen as long as they show their social security and ID. While supplies last. The gentleman that helped me at the drive thru window today at around 5pm was AMAZING!!! HIS COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE 10/10. My son loved him and I appreciate so much his thoughtfulness . You either love hot and fresh Krispy Kreme donuts or you don't. I DO lol. We made a donut run and thankfully the fresh donut light was on. We got 6 assorted donuts from the display and 6 glazed as they came out of the glazing process. Best time to get them. Grabbed 3 of the glass bottle chocolate milks to compliment the donuts. Great customer service.
