We went through the drive through and placed our order. First of all I feel the price is way more than it should be but everything is increased in price so ok. Get to the window, $30 for 2 people and a few extra burgers for dogs. Ouch. We are in a rush to get to the dog groomer so I looked in the bag and counted the Krystal's. All there, got our drinks, check. Fries? Where are the fries. No time to go back due to an appointment so we got burgers and drinks w no fries. The girl at the window and the people in back should have noticed we didn't get our fries. Not happy but I should have noticed as well. Eating and about choked on a nasty finger nail!!! You can tell they bit it off and put it the burger making it look like an onion. I need to be contacted immediately!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wouldn't even give Krystal in Fort Oglethorpe even 1 star but have to at least give 1 star to write a review the krystals were cold no mustard on them and the staff was incredibly rude!! I hate the Krystal's in Fort Oglethorpe they use to be good and had a good staff a while back but now it is horrible I WON'T ever go back to that one!!!!

We doordashed from here and the ETA was 30 mins, not a big deal. The door dasher goes to pick it up and it’s not ready they wait and leave, four door dashers tried to pick it up afterwards with no luck. We waited 2 hours because of this and then when we called and asked about it we were hung up on. Don’t waste your time. We spent $40 on a bunch of burgers that we wound up having to go get ourselves and wait an additional 20 mins for. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love their fresh cracked "shell eggs" topped with cheese and very light buttery toast. Much better quality, taste, and service than any of their "big boy" competitors like McDonalds, Burger King, Hardee's, Wendy's, Checkers, and Bojangles. This tiny Southern Eatery Chain has the potential to grow outside the region to compete with the "big boys" if only they could dispel their long-standing reputation of discrimination and prejudice. I eat in fast food restaurants 3 meals a day. 365 days a year, in 46 states thus far, and the fast food industry NEEDS a competitor like Krystal that is more customer centric than the others with respect to their products. In addition to the occasional racist employees and managers I see at this chain, I must offer one additional but of feedback. The chilli USED to be good with plenty of meat and means. Now it is nothing more than slimy broth with a half dozen beans and unrecognizable bits of "meat." Plus, the price is outrageous compared to Wendy's. I challenge any Krystal manager to take a large Krystal Chili to Wendy's, order their chilli, and taste each. Compare the price and the quality. Then they will learn what I know. Id like to take a moment to brag on the customer service I received at this krystals location and the very nice woman, Vanessa, who was running the drive thru and the front in a very timely fashion and what appeared to me to be a mistake she had made thinking she didnt get my whole order but she got everything as I wanted but she made into a combo making it more affordable than I was thinking itd be and she was humble enough to not expect praise for that and i wouldnt have known if i wasnt penny pinching right now during the holidays. It might've been a dollar or two difference but to me, it was the gesture and great customer service that I'll be happy to return to and share with others in hopes they will too! Thank you Vanessa and Krystals for giving my son and I a much more enjoyable experience than we were having down the street at the fake ice skating rink that ruined our night! Thank you again. Food was under cooked Krystal’s were pink/ mushy (meat and bread) and looked like they had been stepped on this is by far the worst/ slowest/nasty Krystal’s I’ve ever been too. My last visit was no better as the male worker was nodding out high on something while others on their phones, no wonder it was undercooked and missing half the order. Do better. After 50 years this was the worst. Cold food. Fries cold and half cooked. Employees more interested in their cellphone than the job. Probably won't go back. Great place for breakfast... if you like charcoal biscuits, raw bacon and slices of cheese melted on Styrofoam. Also the fries are somehow always cold and soggy at this location, like they take them out of the fryer, run them under the sink, and then put them in the container to wait on the next unlucky customer. Also the health score here is an 80, you have to really drop the ball to score that low. And on top of that at this location in particular they charge 4% on all card transactions! What major chain does that? That's just greedy and irritates me to the point that I don't think I'll be going back to this particular location until they change their ways. Food: 1
