I went in at like 11 or so, trying to cash out a scratch ticket, I went up to the counter and the lady working her name was Lori, she told me she wouldn't be able to cash it out because it was for $50, told me there was a drawer count happening in about 10 minutes when I got up there, and handed me my ticket back, I went around to go get some other things, and then when I got back up there, she explained to me that she couldn't cash it because there was a drawer count in now about 4 minutes, and her drawer had to be less than $150 so wouldn't have cashing out a $50 ticket helped with that? Not to mention when I pulled up all she was doing was sitting at the counter and then when I walked in she went to the back of like the hallway that's right off beside the counter and she was staring at the wall for a little bit, and then when I was walking around, parts of the floor were sticky and it just didn't look very clean in there, if she had time to sit there and do nothing for who knows how long, she would have had time to clean a little bit. I ended up just going to 7-11 to cash my ticket and they had no problem with that, I'm just gonna start going to 7-11 from now on if the employees aren't going to want to do their job.
Each time I come here the staff are warm and welcoming. The hot food especially breakfast pizza and cream cheese tornados are so yummy! Happy to have found this after ‘the other guys’ did away with spicy cream cheese hot rollers. Today they gave me a benefit to make my day better and were extremely engaged with their business. Thanks for being a great place to stop!
I spend alot of money every week on scratch tickets on this side of town. (Including kum&go) I have a usual routine that I stick to checking ticket numbers and going the lowest. Everyone everywhere goes with it. This graveyard shift older lady had me waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes and when she saw me she started growling. Stomped up to the cou ter and was very rude even though I was polite. Would not read off numbers for me said she doesn't do that and to just pick one.. I know it's hard to find employees but at least find people with proper customer service. This lady had none. I won't be returning there until she is gone. 9-16-22
My Amazon package was stolen by an employee. Delivered on Feb 21 and not here on the 24th when I came to collect it. Employees told me packages regularly were not present even on the day the clients recieve their delivery email.
This means there is a theif employed here who is profiting, knowing Amazon will replace or refund items to their customers.
This kum and go just lost all my business because a gas station that will not make the exception for Lyft and Uber drivers using the restroom doesn't deserve my money. We are out here all night getting people to work and home safely I don't think it is to much to ask to let us use your restroom. My business will now go down the street to the 7/11 who have more respect for overnight works.
Kum & Go is a great gas station and has a really good menu of quality food. This store however is not a great store they randomly close the kitchen when the staff doesn't feel like making food. I have tried to order pizzas from them 3 times since moving back to town and the staff says sorry we closed the kitchen already. According to the store the kitchen closes at 7 not 4:45.
Kum and Go is by far my favorite gas station around. I even missed the drink selection and hot food when I was in Utah. Unfortunately, this specific location is one I try to avoid lately. Staff is not properly trained, and I have problems 3 out 4 times with paying. I used a deal on the app for 3- 8.4oz Red Bull and a Breakfast sandwich for $6. My subtotal came to $7.50? The cashier wouldn't fix it and wouldn't even take the time to explain why it wasn't $6. Why do I have the app if it means nothing at this store? Never have this problem at the 34 and Boise location.
Stopped for gas and a drink. Website says they are open 24 hours and the live thing says they are busier then normal. How can that be when they are closed? Couldn't even get gaa, they had all the pumps shut off as well. I usually alwaya stop at kum amd go because I know they'll always be open.
Bought a car charger for $25. Walked out to the car and immediately plugged it in to find it didn’t work. As I pulled it out of the port, it crumbled to pieces. Clerk grabbed what appeared to be her manager and they refused to reimburse me. What TERRIBLE customer service and you could tell the manager made the clerk feel extremely awkward and helpless.what a way to treat your customers but even worse your staff.
