[November 2023] CHEE CHEONG FUN STALL very delicious and thick curry for ccf. One of the famous ccf in kota kemuning. You can opt for round or flat ccf. And some yongtaufoo ingredients to pick from. [July 2023] XIAO CHAO STALL ~Yin yong noodle: not that spectacular. But less salty. They used super fine mihun which get soggy very fast. Have to eat mihun first else become mushy. Good portion of ingredients. NASI LEMAK STALL ~Fried chicken: always my go to snacks. Forever crispy and juicy. Tender in the inside. Good to pair with their nasi lemak sambal. Will support small vendors instead of kfc. [April 2023] Bright and clean. But place a bit warm to be seated for meal. Hot air trapped inside shop. XIAO CHAO STALL ~Honey chicken: not really honey taste. Just some sweet sauce on fried chicken. ~Salted fish pork belly: no salted fish fragrant. Generally taste like kicap pork belly. Quite salty. ~Mixed vege: average. And taste light. SATAY STALL one of the best satay in kk. Super savoury peanut sauce. But chicken not recommended, as mostly use chicken breast. Not so juicy. Best to opt for beef or mutton, depends on availability. IRON MOI MALAPOT STALL Best spicy pot in kk. Much better than other shops flavour. And definitely worth the price. Super comfort food during rainy days and chomp it down with white rice. Remember to get the Enoki mushrooms to absorb all the gravy kicks. THAI FOOD STALL ~xingzhou mihun: slightly on the oilier and sweet mihun. Portion is huge. To add on prawn, they charged rm3/per prawn. Kinda cut throat. Wanted to order the Cheng Chong fun but the lady owner always says I need to wait for long, I didnt see many customers waiting but she seems pretending busy , so I ordered the dried pan mee RM8, portion small, no much ingredients, just two pieces of pork and ikan bilis and taste just average Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Casual walk-in. No intention to eat a lot. Looking for simple small eating and my Kopi O. Asking CCF lady as quite popular, then saw she only sell min 3 CCF rolls. too much for me. Went to Hakka Mee. The price for food is considered ok for today economy... The overall environment is tidy... Service is also ok... But sometimes u must wait a long time for ur food to serve if there are many costumers... The owner will not tell u if there have a lot of costumers ordering food... Overall it's good Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20

I had the CKT. Ordered big and it was RM8.50. Portion is OK. Just enough. Had 4 medium sized prawns. Taste is not bad. Pan mee was not exciting. But only RM6 for small hence the smaller portions. Good for ladies but guys should order a big one.

Sadly, we were not impressed. Just a few stalls opened for lunch, other half half had economy Mee, whereas I opted for lam Mee. Economy Mee fared quite right, basic tastes. Lam Mee on the other hand, let me down because I was expecting a more packing a punch spicy dip. Maybe taste was so-so. I doubt we will consider returning to Kymsan Tea Garden when there’s better coffee shops offering so much better food deals.

Found a very very good Chee cheng fun here. The lady cook is passionate and cook every plate each customer orders. It has 3 sauces, sweet, spicy and curry. Definitely will come again.

Purposely come here for clay pot curry rice and surprisingly, the clay pot Maggi Mee is very delicious too. But, it is not open until 11am, food will be ready around 1130am.
