We heard about this place so stopped by to check it out...the croissants reminded us of some of the ones we got in Paris. We tried a few different variants and loved them all. Oh my we had a warm ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious. If you are in the area I would check them out. If you want the best possible french bread and pastries, this is your place! Freshly hand-made by a true expert, and every bit as delicious as what I had in Paris. Check the website, you can place pre-orders there. Also follow on Facebook for weekly updates.

The baked goods are delightful. I stopped in for my first time to try some of the pastries and was not disappointed at all. I look forward to stopping in again soon to try the cinnamon sugar rhino :)

I love Nathas and his amazing Bread, croissants, kouign amanns', rhinos, damn near everything to be honest. There's really nothing that he's made that I did not thoroughly enjoy. I literally dream of some of the croissants and the twice baked croissant pops are out of this world good. I seriously cannot wait to get my hands on more. I live probably 25-30 min from this location and 15 min from the farmers market and do not care that's it's not close. Because it's really that worth it. The one huge perk about this Particular location is you can get savory items. I'm hoping/praying/crossing my fingers that some day they can potentially make it to the farmers market. But if not I'll eventually make it over there for the ham and cheese croissants. Obviously this person who gave the low review doesn't go on a regular basis because if you are a regular for years and years like myself the low star is not accurate of what Nathas is capable and deserving of. At all. Take it from someone like me who gets up at the crack of dawn to sit and wait 30ish min to an hour prior to the farmers market opening to wait for these delicious treats.

Best of the best! Huge fan of everything Nathas and team create. So much love and art in every bite. My all time favorite is the Apricot Kouign Amann and of course the baguettes and loaves. New, expanded hours are sure to be a plus. Can't wait to go back for more!
