Agafay is a desert, but its nothing like Sahara. This is a rock desert and La Dune is located about 15/20 minutes from the main road. Very dry and very warm out here. This place is like an oasis with a cafe located on top of a hill with 360 degree views of the surroundings. Quads for hire, tents for hire and great food. We were here in December and it was pretty warm then. Hate to think of the heat here in the summer… good thing this place has a tent above the cafe 😎 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person MAD 50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you want to live an experience of a thousand and one nights, surely this is the most suitable place. Suggestive location immersed in the agafay desert, where among the dunes, thanks to its elevated position, it is possible to enjoy a wonderful sunset and the rising of the moon. Personally, after the welcome drink we also had dinner, typical dishes of unique quality, without adding details because it must be a discovery. The staff is very attentive to every detail, we were treated as kind as possible. Go there because you will not regret it!

Nice view, but your are forced to park the car inside the barrier so that they can charge you 30 MAD for that if you don’t buy the overpriced drinks for example 60 MAD for small soda’s. And very dangerous road to drive with unexpected holes in the tarmac. You can see the oil marks of other cars got cracked the oil tube from the bad route ending up to pay 1600 € to the rental agency to get that repaired. Atmosphere: 2

Just 87 steps to an amazing ending from a tour camel ride or 4 wheeler adventure. You can dine or just enjoy a Moroccan tea. Pre-order if you plan to order a full meal. We were treated with five star service high above the desert. Thank you for the incredible experience!

Amazing place for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just a drink. The Sunset view is breath taking. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The highest point in Agafay desert.

The dining experience was excellent. Gorgeous view, great ambience, flawless food, and nice photo taker staffs. We will definitely come back to La Dune while visiting Marrakech. Recommendation: go one hour before magreb and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you are in Marrakech and you want to ride a quad in a desert, the best place for start is for sure La dune Agafay! We had wonderful time there. Excellent service, excellent prices. A part of quad excursion, also the restaurant with a stunning view and the tend, were just amazing! Can't wait to come back there. Thank you to all the staff, see you soon!
