Zeer slechte ervaring. We wilden iets komen eten om 18.30 uur. Saladebar was helemaal leeg, soepkommen waren vies, smoothies waren op. Uiteindelijk alleen twee keer een pancake-kindermenu besteld. Elk kind kreeg twee supermarkt-pannenkoekjes (verbrand aan de onderkant), n berg slagroom en twee voorverpakte bakjes jam. Om te compenseren n bakje verlepte rauwkost. Verrassing ontbrak. Tweede Kerstdag. . Niet druk, personeel vertelde dat het eerder op de dag wel heel druk was. Lekker aan het raam gezeten met mooi uitzicht, komen graag terug als het wat warmer is! Very bad service by the person at the grill station not treating us well. There was no one behind me in the line and the lady was very rude and upset trying to hurry me up with my order not giving proper information. Just the way she treated me ruined my dinner.
