If I could give negative stars I would!! My husband and I both ordered 2 large combinations with the burritos smothered in chile verde to go when we got home the burritos weren’t smothered, the enchiladas had no sauce, the flour tortillas that come on the side were so old they crumbled. When we called to let them know they told us both meals would be replaced. When we went to get our replacement meals they didn’t replace them. They only replaced the burritos and enchiladas and told us it was our fault for not bring in the food after they told me the pictures I had were enough to get the replacements. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!! I suggest driving the extra 15 minutes to the south salt lake location. Customer service and food is a %1000 better there!! Clean restroom, and restaurant was clean. Only one server but she seemed to have favorites. Taco, tostada and burrito was burned to a hard crunch. Flour tortillas do not taste very good burned. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Slow chip and salsa no good. Chile rellenos were cold and nasty. I asked for beans in my burrito they didn't have any. My husband steak was freezer burnt. Horchata was yellow and nasty. Server never came and checked on us. We asked for a cup for our drink. She said they don't offer cups to go. Wait yall don't sell Horchata to go? Utah yall definitely need better. Wow, was very surprised that this company didn't credit us back for our missing TWO beans and rice orders that simply were not provided. They even admitted that they knew they didn't refund us those two orders while knowing they knew they should have. MAYBE if their food was decent, we would not cause such a stink, but NOT worth the food. Good luck if ordering from this gross company. I would drive the extra miles and go to a different location. I placed a takeout order for 5 people. The lady who answered the phone seemed frustrated with me because I had such a large order. The first thing that frustrated me was that they couldn't even throw in chips and salsa with my $100 order, then the salsa was so hot, nobody could eat it. I had two orders for a smothered beef burritos. We had one piece of pork, and very, very small amounts of Verde. I also had a soft flour cheese enchilada with rice and beans. There was about 2 tablespoons of beans, no enchilada sauce, and no flavor whatsoever. It isn't often I complain about food, but this was pretty bad. Okay.. this place is probably one of the grossest places I've ever gone to eat. First it's so cold inside, second the waiter was very VERY rude, third the food.. oh my gosh the food was so so disgusting. I've never heard of a "Mexican restaurant " not having Pico de gallo. I've never heard of that in my life. Also.. we found a hair in our burrito.. it was so gross. I told the waiter what I had found and she STILL wanted to charge me for the full price. When they did not even offer to replace the food we found the hair in. Honestly, though we had lost our appetite after seeing the hair. So we just wanted to leave. When leaving they DID NOT want to take off the plate we found the hair in. They were charging the full price. I was not about to do that. The owner did not want to come out and talk to me. Until FINALLY she did. She did argue with me asking why she had to take it off. I explained to her why and how I found the hair. She did not Apologize, she did not offer to make a new plate she just said and I quote "what do you want me to do?" I obviously told her to take it off as we did not eat it. Honestly, This place is a joke. Do not waste your time, energy or money at this place. If your craving Mexican food just go to Betos, or Mi Ranchito you're better off there than here even Taco Bell.. go to Taco bell instead. This place is not worth your money. The food is gross, the waiters are rude, the restaurant is empty and cold. Do not come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Normally it was a good place. But this time the server was stand offish and hostile. Almost left before the order came. This was the first time I was disappointed with the service. The food was all right. Wasn't the best I've had there. Overall though it's decent semi fast Mexican food. This is a good standby restaurant for me when I'm in the mood for Mexican food and not quite sure where to go. I is it here quite a bit. I will return frequently. The menu was misleading. I ordered the two chili verde enchiladas and they were. geese enchiladas with a total of 3 pieces of pork on the side. it did not say cheese with chili Verde on top. Plus, there was no chili Verde just three pieces of pork on the whole plate. The menu says two chili Verde enchiladas. They misrepresented what was being ordered. They were very unfriendly, and I would not want to go back there again I do not recommend it. and when I mention to the cashier that I thought chili Verde would be inside, she says well we don’t do it like that here . Everything we got was portioned really good. The taste was perfect. The only complaint was their French fries. We had a kid’s cheeseburger w/fries and they weren’t fully cooked. A kid might not care.
