Ordered a Cosmopolitan at the bar and it was great! Told the female bartender this and thanked her for such a good drink. When I got my check the charge was $17.10 for my drink. I left a $3 tip on my credit card and left. Just got home and found out my tip had been changed to $8 so my credit card was charged $25.10. That’s a 47% tip for one cocktail!!!! Shady business. Make sure to check your bill and your tip before you leave. Shame on them! Price per person $20–30

I never give places bad reviews but I want to save you a trip. The rosemary chicken sandwich tasted okay. It cost $14 and was mostly bread. Cheapest water bottle is $4 and there is no option for tap water. They only accept card. An employee moved a chair with my things on it without checking with me. He later sat on the lower section of the bar counter and eventually put his feet up on it with the shoe soles touching the counter. Do not come here! We walked in because online it says their airport hours are open until 11pm, and our flight was delayed so we went to get a drink. We walked in around 9:10pm, and a very rude employee actually yells at us "Don't bother sitting down, we're closed!" If that was the type of attitude and service we were going to receive then I supposed it's for the best we couldn't eat or drink there. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a drink fwhile waiting for my plane to board or 10.60 and left 1.00 tip. When I just received my credit card bill, someone changed the tip from 1.00 to 8.00 - thereby changing tip to 80%. I have read several other reviews and this appears to be happening frequently. Apparently there is a scammer at this facility. My server was #380896, named Zarinah. Horrible experience with Brian the bartender. I informed him that he gave me the wrong check, and he acted extremely hostile then charged me for the more expensive glass of wine I ordered (he never informed me that the one I ordered was out), and said it’s what I get for correcting him. $24 glass of wine and terrified he was going to get aggressive. **UPDATE - Brian W put an unauthorized $57 tip on my bill. I’ve filed a complaint with my credit card company and also have left voicemails but have not received a call back. Avoid this place, and this man at all costs. They were busy and it’s in an airport so we get it. The place smelled like a slight hint of urine but we wanted a quick drink before our flight so we dealt with it. We ordered a couple of drinks and paid by credit card. About 30 bucks. We wrote “cash” in the tip line and gave 20%+ tip in cash. Two days into our trip abroad the card company notified us of an excessive tip. The server, or whomever closed out the check, put in for a 65% tip. (!!) move on to the next bar and pat cash. 12:40pm on 10/6, I approached the take out counter and couldn’t find a server. I walked all the way to the back to find a young woman with her earphones in, buried in her phone and practically hiding behind the register. She did not acknowledge that I was standing there. I said ‘excuse me, but I’d like to buy something’. She immediately had an extremely confrontational attitude and asked me why I was talking to her like that. Again, I said I’d like to buy something. She continued with one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered, asking why I was talking to her the way I was talking to her. I was simply trying to buy a couple of sandwiches. I responded that I would take my business elsewhere. I had a 40 year professional career in customer service. Your display case was FULL of tasty looking sandwiches. Now I know why the case was so full. Your employee is lazy, terrible, unfriendly, confrontational and doesn’t want to sell your product. We bought lunch elsewhere.
