I come here to stock up on candy straws 白糖蔥, which are delicious, crispy, and fun to eat. This is the only place I've found to get 白糖蔥 in Taipei. They also sell dragon's beard candy 龍鬚糖, but our family's favorite is 白糖蔥. Yum! 😋

My daughter in Boston called me saying that she missed the taste of this old-fashioned candy and today I went there bought 2 packs...it tasted great. And the shop owner seemed to be the 2nd generation, eagerly sharing how to keep the candy from melting during the transportation to US. Very nice person giving me amazing experience.

每次去老街都必買，現在有賣龍鬚糖的店家已經愈來愈難找了，賴爺爺年紀大了，有時候會是兒子幫忙顧攤。檯面上的口味是花生和芝麻各3顆總共6顆，一盒50元，每盒子裡又還有用夾鏈袋再包一層，非常地貼心和安全。今天一口氣買了4盒，回家後悔沒有買10盒，完全吃不膩。 20231224 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

老闆和老闆娘人很親切，第一次吃到這麼好吃的糖蔥，老闆製作過程很費工，龍鬚糖非常有特色，好吃。令人難忘
