*Suzy and Suzy were awesome! Their shop is beautiful and they were very informative. They are very kind and personable and their items are top notch. Great pricing and super friendly! We highly recommend and we will be back! (*we rented kayaks for a half day of fun)

If I could give Suzy 6 stars, I would. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called her on Saturday and she gave me great recommendations on what to do and where to go. Sunday morning, Suzy was flexible and met me as I was running a little late to the launch point. The kayak's were great! Me and my girlfriend were done a little earlier than expected so, she told me I could leave her kayak's by the trailer at the parking lot. The whole time she was easy to communicate with via call/text on her cell phone. She even gave a good recommendation on where to go afterwards for food! THANK YOU SUZY! You made my girlfriend's birthday a memorable one!

Went for a sunrise kayak adventure the lady's at Lake Bound Outfitters were extremely accommodating giving me the earliest kayak pickup time that I could find on the entire Lake everyone else told me I couldn't get one until 8:00 a.m. but these ladies were excited to give me one at 5:30 a.m. awesome experience

Cannot recommend Lakebound Outfitters enough. We had a fantastic experience renting kayaks here! Suzy was so friendly and accommodating and gave great recommendations for places to explore around the lake. We will definitely be back again!!!

A wonderful local, family-owned establishment. We booked watercraft last minute and Suzy was so friendly over the phone, answered all my questions, and accommodated our needs with a small child. We had an issue with our paddles, but Suzy and her family provided absolutely stellar customer service. When we visit the area again, I will certainly come back to Lakebound for another day of adventures on the water. Thanks Suzy and family!

I couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Suzy and Suzy! The mother-daughter duo went above and beyond for our group of 5 kayakers! We had a blast on the water and they provided a map of the lake and recommended restaurants we can kayak too! We will definitely be back many times this summer

Great experience! Started early on Memorial Day weekend and the water was perfect. Suzy was very helpful unloading the equipment for us. Will definitely come back again.

My wife and I have wanted to try kayaking for several years and I heard about Lakebound Outfitters on the radio. We booked a 2 hour time slot(very conveinent and easy). Suzy and Suzy were right on time and were very helpful in instructions and just generally good people. The weather was a bit rough that day and they called us to push our time back to avoid the rough weather. They also instructed us where to kayak to stay out of the roughest part of the lake. We had a great time and we will be back. I would recommend their services to anyone.

What a great experience. Paddle boarding and kayaking was great and the owners were so helpful! We went on a Monday so we had the lake mostly to ourselves. The owners even took a photo of our family for us. Perfect!

This is a tad late but Suzy and Suzy, I do not have enough good things to say about their services. We were greeted with a slushy, Suzy directed us to the park and gave us her phone number for any troubles (of course there were none) the lake is beautiful and the service even better. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be back:)!
