Loved this place! Had my birthday dinner here, downfall is that they do not make strawberry diaquiri's as they don't have a blender. But the food portions were very large, the menu had something for everyone and the prices were ideal. Our waitress was very attentive and very friendly. Found this gem after spending the day at the beach by searching Google and seeing good reviews. It did not disappoint! Our waitress was very good, food was delicious, and prices were very reasonable. My only suggestion would be to fix up the place a bit, decor is tired. No need for cloth table cloths (ours were stained) and a general update to the knotty pine walls and bathroom door that sticks funny. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Had an early dinner with a party of 5 on a Sunday afternoon - everyone ordered something different and all the entrees were outstanding. The service was great and our waitress was friendly and efficient. The lobster roll was perfect! A friend and I stopped at Lasse's for lunch and decided to order the hot roast beef sandwich which they are famous for. It did not disappoint! Potato salad was very good too. There is so much to choose from on the menu as well as a whole list of lunch specials - no matter what you choose it is sure to be wonderful We'll be back to try out more of the menu. Gem of a restaurant with fair prices and large portions. Love the open-face sandwiches. Had the cod sandwich today. The dated interior adds to the charm. Environment is relaxed, friendly, and comfortable. Dining room in the front can fill up so a reservation might be advisable. Bar area in back is segregated from the front. Awesome place, extremely friendly, thier whole belly clams are the best in CT we have been there 4 times in the past year every time We where extremely happy that we went. We are bringing some family members there this coming Friday love it there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have gone to Lassie's a couple of times. The bartender had additude. Bar top was sticky from previous customers. She seemed to favor only people she knew. I would not suggest sitting at the bar. The atmosphere is always nice. I just suggest sitting at a table. But the food was incredible. Basically a Milford landmark at this point. Really great food, and a wide variety of available dishes. It can get extremely packed though due to its popularity, so just be aware of that if you're grabbing lunch or dinner during peak hours.
