The whole stay was amazing, we enjoyed and were served so well from Lynn to everyone working there. A special thanks to Jumbo at le cardinal restaurant, he’s done a great job ensuring the food is well cooked and served, hes always around serving everyone so well. An excellent restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and fantastic food. Absolute enjoyment with a varied buffet in a beautiful location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Special requests, e.g. for allergy sufferers, are also taken into account and numerous alternatives are offered. The perfect place to enjoy a fabulous dinner and breakfast. We thank the entire team for everything!

Le Cardinal restaurant is also part of Fisherman Cove Resort where you can eat your breakfast and dinner 🍽. Service is 5 star. Thanks to all staff. Special thanks to chiefs Karan and Sameera . Karan also cooked local Mutay sweets off-menu that I had really loved. Thanks for nice gesture

Overall, a pleasant experience at le cardinal for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is standard, same options on a daily basis, could do with more variation. The pancakes, waffles and eggs are made to order which is lovely. A good range of tea and coffee options were included. A good variety of fresh fruits always available but at times left open by other guests. Some breads were also left open by guests which is then fed on by birds. The iced tea is a winner, very refreshing.
Dinner options were somewhat limited. Its a different theme every night (italian, asian etc) but a very limited set menu. Italian was our favourite, great quality food. The creole lamb curry was also special!
**for the half board option, we found it surprising soft drinks and water are not included and are chargeable including a 10% service charge for just a can of coke. 1 can of coke is equivalent to £6 including service charge.
We would like to personally thank Jambu who was always extremely pleasant and catered all our needs quickly and ensured we were happy with our meals. His warm smile and attentive nature was AMAZING. Jambu is a true asset to Fisherman's cove.
Restaurant snack/bar de l'hôtel Fesherman's Cove. Ce n'est pas de la grande gastronomie mais c'est correct. Les prix sont assez élevés. Les cocktails furent une belle découverte car ils sont bien préparés.
Super dîner lors du buffet créole de samedi soir, un buffet a 790 scr, tout y était, c'était très bon, bourgeois, octopus curry, chicken curry, banane caramélisé, et j'en passe ! Je recommande !
