I was in the store but hadn't tried the food, I was there to try out some protein shakes mix and pre workout mix from Fit Republic. It's a small place but the atmosphere was great, the only thing that I didn't like was there weren't any price tags on the shelves. So I had no clue what the price was for each product, the price tag on the stuff faded away. You could hardly see it, but the protein mix that I grabbed does taste pretty good. I ordered my favorite, Honey Garlic Chicken and Asparagus. I ordered three for the week and they were very skimpy this time. The price of these meals are a bit costly as is, but I get them because they are good and convenient. However, I can't continue to spend this kind of money for meals that don't contain what they normally do. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Excellent local business that specializes in making meals-to-go for your busy week. Staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, always eager to point out items catering to your health needs. Price point is perfect for this sort of meal, and options are delicious. Highly recommend!

Nothing great really, I got what they had left, street tacos and some hamburger mess. High in calories. The street tacos are 250 calories per taco. A taco bell hard taco has less calories, fat, and carbs for a third of the price. Good if you want something quick to microwave but for the price, a frozen meal is cheaper and similar in nutrition. Nutrisystem is cheaper with more food.

First time trying lean kitchen and the meals are awesome! Just finished Buff/Brussels and couldn’t get enough. Followed that up with a few muscle bites. Meal hit the spot ! Would definitely recommend!
