Legends Pub in Grootbrak experience I think will depend on the day you go there as most of the seating is outside in the yard. There is a small bar inside that can seat 10-15 people. They often run weekend specials of T-Bone Steaks and chips with large log fires if cold or just umbrellas if warm and I can imagine the atmosphere would be great. The hosts are great and very attentive to detail. The menu is what you can expect from a pub (Burgers, Toasted Sandwiches, Pizzas, and some mains like steak, chicken Russian sausages, and Chips – Photo attached). No vegetarian meal options were available. I, unfortunately, arrived at 9 pm to watch a Springbok Rugby match on a rainy night. The kitchen closes at 8 pm, so no meals or snacks except chicken biltong were available. I would strongly suggest for the people drinking there that at least hot Chips should be available as a minimum or stock up on a larger variety of snacks. The bar unfortunately was very smoky and had no separate area for non-smokers due to the small bar size. They do have good TV’s inside with a generator in case of load-shedding. There was a full bar available but selection within the ranges was limited. They had also a great number of drink specials on the night. Not sure for disabled people as parking is on gravel and no ramp was to be seen, however, there is only one small step which with help can be easily overcome. I certainly will be back but would choose a night where an outdoor experience was available.
I was publically discriminiated against at this bar. Went for a quick beer with my friends and the barman was rude and discriminatory. Would not recommend this location. There are far better restaurants in town.

Very unprofessional serves. I would not recommend dis restaurants for anyone. The restaurant next door is beautiful and with good serves would recommend it.
New Management come and support local is LEKKER.

we called in regards to find out operating hours and the woman basically just yelled “we are closed” very rudely, have never been before but I don’t think I will be after the terrible customer service I received over the phone

My hubby and I went for a late lunch and we were greeted by a dog which was very young. Shortly after the dog bit my husband on the arm. We ate our food, which was delicious and then we heard a child screaming. The same dog bit the child. Management just said it was a puppy and wants to play. The child's father confronted the drunk owner of the dog and was then told to leave by someone else. We will not return as patrons as we felt abused, and what we witnessed was disgusting.
