I had the worst experience ever, from service to how the the situation was handled. I had a piece of hair in my food when I returned the order after eating most of it I asked for a manager , the girl at the front counter told me that she was the manager I knew that was a lie so I asked for another manager. The manager came up and told me that it was my hair, my hair is curly and dark brown this hair was light brown and straight, the back was nasty and the manager was very rude. I let her know that I was going to call corporate, she said “ you can call them nothing is going to happen” she then stated that they were franchise. All I really wanted was an apology but instead I got disrespect. I will never patronize Leo’s again. It don’t even deserve 1 star. Pretty consistent and a good restaurant just not my favorite Leo’s. Food came promptly for a Sunday. Staff was friendly and kind to my children. Food was not bad just a tad bland. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Yet another Coney, lol! The hubby and I stopped in after a visit to a AAA office. Food was good, the hubby got the Chef's salad, and I got a mini Greek. Both were very good, although the hubby grumbled that the salad size was smaller than the one he gets at our "home" Coney! Lol. I thought, mayyybee...anyway, our server was outstanding, she was funny and sweet, very attentive too. Overall a nice experience! Whenever I am out n about and im hungry, i always look for a Leo's Coney island. But this Leo's is the best been there many times. I wanted to take my 2 best friends of 60 yrs (we're 78yrs old) out for a nice brunch. So i took them to this one. My friends and not only had great food, but a great time. This place is soooo clean, the people who work there are so friendley they go out of there way to make sure you have every thing you need. I know this sounds exaggerated but really, it's the best coney island I've ever been to and my friends loved it too. Honestly every time I've been there as soon as you walkin your greeted with lots of smiles and great service!!! Absolutely fantastic staff and wonderful place. My girlfriend is pregnant (delivering today) but they consistently go above and beyond. Honestly feel like part of a family with them and they barely know what we look like. ❤<3

When you were employed there but weren't even there a week.. don't know EVERYTHING or know where everything goes then your going faster than your body can handle and everyone else playing on their phones laughing around instead of help at the end of the day so when I was done figured everything was done since no one was doing anything but playing around so when I was done I clocked out but then IM the one that gets fired and says im not fit for the job since I don't get it yet and what happened yesterday" and told them when I started last week I had to take today off for my son to go to the doctor's which was scheduled at the beginning of the year and bc of that too I got fired... Yes I get the at will law but they shouldn't be able to go that far.. especially bring so new making just ONE mistake that's not my fault and not even talk to me about it. Hall/heydenrech
