Vizeye yolunuz düşerse burada çorba içmeden geçmeyin derim. Köftesini daha denemedim ama inşallah deneyeceğim. Çorbalar efsane. Kelle paça ve tavuk suyu çorba mükemmel. Yanındaki sarmısak sosu harika. Hastayı ayağa kaldırır. Sağlamı zıplatır. Usta canayakin. Servisci halden anlayan. Kısaca uğrayıp bi çorba için derim. Hemde lezzetli bi mola vermiş olursunuz. Dün köftesini yedim, bugün tava ciğerini ve Hayrabolu tatlısını yedim. Uğramadan geçmeyin. Ben geçemiyorum. Ustanın eline sağlık. Mercimek çorbası ve köfte söyledik. Son lokmamızı yutmadan garson anında tabağı çekip aldı. Acı sos ve biber turşusu istemeden gelmiyor. Köfte tabağına bir közlenmiş biber koyar insan. 5 tane köfte, bir de doğranmış soğan ve bir kaç dilim domates (çiğ). İki porsiyon köfte ve iki çorbaya 340 lira ödedik, içecek yok. Menü tabii ki yok, hiç olur mu, burası Trakya. Yemekten sonra tatlı veya çay tabii ki yok, hiç olur mu, burası Trakya. Ya, sayın Trakyalı esnaf, niye böylesiniz siz? Tuvalete mümkünse gitmeyin.
