Libby’s Catfish & Diner has always been a place to go for southern country comfort food. My friend had the Liver & Onion dinner tonight and it was her first beef liver meal ever in her life…….SHE LOVED IT. ❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️❣️
We had excellent service and the meal was served steaming hot😃👍!!!!

Libby's Catfish is a down to earth restaurant with some really good food. The catfish filets are huge and the green beans taste like they came out of a garden. The desserts are big enough for two people. If you are in the area stop by for lunch or dinner.I will gladly return.

The food was delicious. Worth the trip. An older quaint building, charming, reminder of my youth. Sit wherever you want but waiters lose who was next to be welcomed. Food made up the difference. The price is very reasonable. Do want to return. I got White fish, baked potato, carrot raisin slaw & hush puppies. A delicious dinner. I recommend this restaurant.

Southern breakfast served here. Homemade biscuits that are moist and a very good representation of how biscuits should be! Eggs cooked accurately to order. Bacon was crisp and hearty. The service is prompt and friendly. I enjoyed a tenderloin biscuit and over easy egg. Husband had eggs, bacon, grits, and biscuits. The coffee is ok and what our parents like to drink: similar to big brand and weak. Served with the biscuits was a packaged "buttery spread" and small square packages of jelly. I pass on oil spreads. It is true to local culture.

Stopped here with my family of 5 just passing thru. Service was good, very friendly. Food was good and well portioned, but the place was very run down. As we were leaving my husband bent down to tie my sons shoe and said a roach ran across the floor. The booth we sat in was torn up. Could definitely use some good updating. Also, it's very awkwardly quiet in there. They need some music, tv or something. I felt like I was walking in a library.

Food was greasy. Service personal looked un kept. No uniforms and nothing to identify who the servers and who was the customer. Kitchen help come out into the seating area and was extremely dirty and in kept.
The servers gave you your food and also the bill at the same time without asking if you needed anything else.
First time eating there and want go back .

Very friendly staff and everything is made to order. Tried Grits for the first time and like it!! Biscuits and gravy were good too.
Casual place with lots of seating options.
Sweet little local place, I’d love to see them do better. I had a sad time but I’d like to come back and support them one day, I truly hope they thrive and grow as a business. The menu says several times in red letters “DO NOT SHARE FOOD/PLATES,” which felt really unwelcoming and oddly controlling. Instead of buying a few appetizers, multiple entrees to try together, etc for date night we just got one entree to go and left so I could cook a family sharing meal for dinner. The food was what we expected, but we’d rather go somewhere we can share a big meal together. They have an image as a southern comfort spot and not sharing food seems so antithetical to that idea. I won’t pay $12-17 a plate for food I’m not allowed to share with my spouse at the table.
