This bar is slightly upscale. Food comes from the adjacent Liberty Prime Steakhouse. I ordered the Stuffed Prime Chicken Breast (which is basically chicken cordon bleu) with mozzarella cheese and prosciutto. It was very filling and ta. I also ordered the mac and cheese but I wasn't feeling it too much. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
