This café is the best for studying or for chilling, and it is situated in the millennium Hotel. There is even a small conference room where you can work or meet with people. The prices are higher than usual however, they have a very nice tea selection.

We have been helding community meetups for long time now. It used to be a nice calm and chill place.
The members would order and all since we sitting there.
But yesterday meeting, even tho the members ordered and all.. the staff was so annoying apparently the labanese manager came and pointed at us. And then the Philippino staff keep coming to us every short time forcefully making us to order.
Stopped us from card and board games.
Well we wont be coming back to such annoying and ridiculous staff ,
Thanks for being such bad staff. !

Quiet and cozy place perfect for studying or casual reading. Its has a very comfortable atmosphere. Its never gets crowded because its location is very hard to find. It is located inside the millennium hotel, you can ask at the reception if you cannot find it. The food on the other hand is not good. Its the quality of airline food, edible but not woth much. Yet its very expensive. If you want to drink tea(the cheapest thing on the earth) you’ll have to pay a meals worth. Plus proportion of the food is also very small.
