Food is very good, as long as you go with the lowest level of spiciness. Even for someone like me who is very used to spicy food, level 2 was a bit too hot. My wife went with 1 and it was perfect. The flat noodles dish was delicious. So were the soups. Service is efficient, but brusque. Someone should tell the waitress that the two are not mutually exclusive. Pricing is fair for quality and quantity. The place has a very basic college canteen look and feel. Location is easily accessible. The lunch specials are the best food deals in town. I foresee this place becoming very popular because the food is great, they have space to grow and it looks like they have a sound mixer so.. maybe live music in the future. So happy to have found a new destination that serves delicious Laotian and Thai food conveniently located in Bedford near 121 and 183. Delicious Nam Thok moo, Pad Kee Mow, crab-cheese Rangoon, and my favorite Papaya Salad Lao style 🤌✨. Warning to those who haven’t had real papaya salad Lao style, it’s packed with Umami because they don’t water it down for the western pallet, they use the real signature ingredients like Padaek (fermented fish) and Crab/shrimp paste, I like mine dark, dark and spicy 🌶️. Will definitely be back for their Laap and Gaeng Keuang Nai. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the drunken noodles and my hubby ordered spicy basil fried rice, both with chicken. While he wasn't impressed with his order, he loved the noodles. Good quantity of food, lovely service, clean, well-maintained and spacious restaurant with plenty of tables. If you order lunch menu (weekdays) you get a choice of soup or double egg rolls. I have seen the buzz on FB about this place and had the opportunity to try it today. The menu has an amazing variety of options. The food was great. The soup I had was just great for a damp dreary day like today. The portion sizes were generous. The service was top-notch. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely return. My family and I thought the food was wonderful and the service was prompt and friendly. The Beef Pad Thai (heat level 3) was very good and so much food. The Chicken Pad Thai (level 1) was equally as good. My kiddo, who was “not super hungry” polished off their order of Orange Chicken and said it was great. Highly recommend this place. Tired? Sweaty from the Texas sun and hungry? Come here. Order yourself a water and chai tea that will instantly cool you. The environment is calm and relaxing.
