Cheap, fresh local food served quickly. I paid 2500 Rwanda francs for a plate of groundnut sauce and mashed steamed matoke. (In Uganda we call this katogo but it did not have any meat or beans). Waiter said I could get a second helping (I think he wanted me to eat meat).
