They lie about their hours. It says they close at 10. I placed my order at 8:22 and arrived to get it at 8:50. The door was locked and the staff were talking through the door saying they were closing early for the “holiday”. It’s December 22nd, what holiday is that? They refused to give me a refund and instructed to call some number.

As I sit here on hold waiting for the manager to answer the call. Let me tell you this Little Caesar’s used to be the best, but lately these past few weeks it’s been the worst. Not sure what happened but my online order was received at the store but showed voided. When I got there they said the order was voided and they didn’t charge me. I showed them my bank account with the charge on it. I told them I would pay for the pizza again, and maybe the refund would show later and if it didn’t then I would just call for a refund. They said no we will make it they asked me what my order was I told them Large round pizza light sauce with double sausage the person making the pizza asked me also, again I repeated myself large round pizza light sauce with double sausage. Attach is a picture of the pizza we got tonight (missing slices was from an upset child who wanted double sausage) definitely no where near double sausage on this pizza. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes with no answer from the manager as requested. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

We ordered 4 pizzas over the phone and sent our granddaughter to pick the pizzas up. They not only got the orders all mixed up and they actually forgot to give us one pizza. We had to go back , which was another 10 minute drive to pick up the Veggie pizza they forgot. The pizza was skimpy in all items, a pineapple pizza with no more than 10 pieces of slivers of pineapple on the whole pizza was sad and all the pizza's had no taste .Not even the young grandkids liked it and Teenagers eat everything. They told us the pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After half an hour they told us it still wasn’t in the oven. We asked for a refund and they told us we would have to wait because the manager was busy. They are understaffed. I can understand getting orders wrong or missing customers at the front but yall are brutal. Give them some credit for keeping the place running my god. I asked for a special customization on my calzony and they let me do it even though it was against LC policy. Outstanding effort. Btw, Little Caesars, why can’t I customize the meat on a calzony? If I can give a zero I would, if u Wnna go to a pizza spot that seems to be closed more that it’s open and keeps its portal on to do online ordering even though they are closed this is the place. It’s gone completely downhill since Covid. Service: 1

More times then not when I am working in the area and try to get lunch here at noon on weekdays they are not open, or don't have boxes for lunch combo. Always frustrating because there isn't a lot around that is fast food unless you want to fight with orchard lake road.

This place is never opened during their regular business hours. Very inconvenient, this is the closest one to my house and they always have some excuse as to why they not opened. It doesn’t matter if I show up at 7, 8 or 9pm, they either close early or not opened at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service! Long waits when they are actually open, even for crazy bread. They are closed all the time for no reason. It's 5pm on a Sunday and they are closed. This place should be shut down Service Take out
