Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for a well done pizza that was barely done. No sauce given for breadsticks. Plus the guy taking the orders took money then went to the back to cut pizzas without washing his hands. Observed this at least 5x’s while waiting for my food. The managers response was oh well would you like a refund or your food! Like what dude! I didn’t have a lot of time, so I was in and out and again I absolutely I’m so grateful that they always have fresh pizzas ready quick fast, hot. I can really tell the change here with the new manager that they’ve brought in place clean. The folks are really super friendly. This used to be a mediocre Little Caesars, but within the last year has the quality has plummeted. I typically had to wait at least 15 minutes for a hot-n-ready, so last month I ordered online. When I arrived at the time my pizza was expected to be finished the door was locked and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed due to short staffing. I knocked on the door and the guy ignored me. I waited outside 20 minutes and none of the customers came out so I left. Online I requested a refund that I never got. This place honestly needs to be closed down. This is the ONLY Little Caesars I've ever had a problem with. The pizzas I get here are almost ALWAYS undercooked and are super doughy and over or under sauced. Any time you walk in to get a "Hot-n-Ready," it takes forever. Insane. I sent my brother in law to get pizza at the one on Davis park rd and it took him over an hour to get three hot and ready pizzas and the staff was in there fighting and when he got back with the pizza they wasn’t even done all the way! To be honest if I could give a negative Stars I would I ordered my food at roughly 4:30 and by 6:30 I still hadn't heard anything about my pickup time and then when I went to go get it myself and about six other people we're waiting for customer service. Even after numerous times of trying to get an associates attention and even trying to call for the manager everyone seemed to want to ignore all the customers even the ones that had been waiting inside to just pick up their online order like myself for 30 minutes before the manager himself begrudgingly had actually help the customers this is honestly the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to and I will make it a point to go somewhere else from now on. Absolutely horrible. Placed a pickup order on the app. Arrived on time, after store opening hours, door was locked. Employees just stared through the door. Multiple customers waiting outside, location never opened. Had to contact customer service for a refund. Location should be shut down.

I don't know because no one would answer the phone after my several attempts to call in an order. So I tried to go to the app only for it to allow Google pay only. So all I know is the service was terrible because people don't know how to answer the phone. Or the app isn't properly set up. Service: 1

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life order a pizza, showed up 20 minutes after expected delivery time and they hadn't started it...told me to wait 8 minutes. I came back in 8 minutes and they gave my pizza away. I asked to cancel the order and that took 15 minutes. 45 minutes wasted...if I was black, the pizza would have been on time!
