Waited in the drive thru for 5-6 minutes never got a response. Drove up to window and was told to come in. Waited at counter another 5 minutes. Finally got my lunch special order in. Cooler was empty and only had warm sodas. 2 employees working and hard at work so it wasn't their fault. They were overwhelmed and couldn't keep pace. Please get them some help, and some managers to help them with time management. Extraordinarily long wait just to order. First time waited 15 minutes to order. Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that had to be cooked just to recieve cold pizza. This lil caesar’s really needs management to step it up. You order online just to have to pull up and circle back around for your pizza. Kinda ridiculous after ordering 35 minutes ago. Love their pizza when comparing chain pizzas. Their pretzel pizza is so good. This location offers drive-thru and portal pickup when ordering online. Service is good but always seem short staffed. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone for customer service, I was told lil caesers is no longer selling Italian cheese bread from the gastonia newhope rd store..yet they take the money for it online, try calling the store to adjust the order....Good luck again..I periodically test call while I'm in the store or drive thru to see how they respond but never hear a ring or get an answer, ask the associate behind the counter and he tells me he pulled the phone cable out. They also let you select Italian cheese bread as a "your recommended dish" and don't have it. Store looks dirty and it takes a very long time to get your food. Even if you pre-order, you still have to wait for them to make it once you get there. Tastes fine, but too long of a wait for "fast food". And just the visual appearance of the store is severely lacking. I went to this location and ordered The 3 orders of crazy bread. The employees were rude, bread sticks were cold, and when I asked if they could warm the sauce, they said NO! I have never received cold sauce at any of the other locations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service and service!! They see a customer walk in and won’t speak, extremely rude. The pizzas are usually burnt or has very brown cheese.

I ordered a personal size pizza and I was specific about not putting any meat on it, I let the youngman that was taking my order know that I don't eat meat. I received my pizza and proceeded to head home, when I opened it there was pepperoni on the pizza. So I had to drive all the way back across town, I'm tired because I just got off work, now I'm aggravated because the youngman didn't listen. So when I got back to Little Caesars I asked for the manager I explained to him what happened I told him I let the young man know more than once that I don't eat meat but yet he still put me on my pizza. Long story short the manager gave me two personalized cheese pizzas in which I was grateful for.
