Ever since the new owners took over… we get pizza at least once a week again. This pizza reminds me of the pizza I ate at little ceasers in Detroit as a kid. It has light sauce, plenty of cheese and pepperonis. The crust is perfectly crisp. Nice work to your team! Lost my patronage today and I will for sure spread the word that the co-manager is a horrible rude employee. I had such high hopes for the new clean restaurant but with a jerk manager I will not suppot that restaurant. I ordered online for a specific time when I would be able to pickup my food. 1 minute later my order was filled. I called the store to ask why was my order filled 20 minutes before I would arrive. The co-manager said they had cheesesticks made already so that is why my order was filled early but "not to worry, they would it in a warmer til I get there". I said I prefer fresh food for the time frame I order the food to be ready. And again the rude co-manager said I will be served the already made order and it would be fine. Ummmm not fine. I didn't order ready made food. I asked for my order to be canceled and she said I can try to cancel online but that they fulfilled my order and she wouldn't cancel it. So I arrived at the time I originally planned and I was served luke warm stale tasting cheesesticks. It's just sad. Because she was a jerk, the store is now a place I will tell people not to go and I will tell them about my terrible experience with the rude co-manager. After numerous visits since the reopening, here is my honest review; I am pretty simple with my order, Classic pep, and sometimes add in some Crazy Bread. When I tell you, this place has not missed ONCE, I mean ONCE, since re opening, I am not lying. The pizza is always hot, and cooked to perfection. Bread sticks when I’ve got them have been perfectly cooked, and lathered in butter and garlic. I cannot stress this enough, THEY DO NOT MISS. Awesome food, at an affordable price. The only thing I’m missing is the cornmeal on the bottom of the crust, but, it seems that it’s that way everywhere. The best part of it all? The atmosphere EVERY time I’ve been there. I hear at least once each time someone cheering on the team, or checking in on bystanders. Extremely impressed through and through with the pizza, and experience. Keep being awesome! I ordered via DoorDash and I understand that it’s super busy 1 week after reopening. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and after waiting for 45 minutes, my order arrived and the pizza was just regular. If the location is too busy to prepare stuffed crust, that’s one thing. But the reasons given for the long wait was that it was busy and the stuffed crust pizza takes longer. So I paid extra for something that was essentially a hot n ready with disappointment at the end of each slice. Service Delivery Food: 1

I love little Caesars, but this one has no clue how to make pizza the crust is thin and hard, bread Stix are dry and hard, and the sauce isn't the little Caesar flavor. We never go again.
