Clients don't like Pepperoni at this restaurant. Choose between indoor and outdoor seating. It's a pity, employees are terrific as most visitors note. If you visit Little Caesars, certainly, you are to enjoy the surrounding pleasant atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Both of our pizzas weren’t cut through. We put ours in through mobile order. Ordered cheese sauce instead of marinara and there was basically no sauce on the pizza. Thank goodness we ordered dipping sauces, because that really saved the pizzas. We will continue to use this location simply because it’s the only one in our area. When we pulled up to this location, we asked if we could add on a brownie. The cashier looked very confused. We used cash to pay and she had a hard time making change. I had called up there to see what the best deal was to get for myself so I can swing by and get it on my way home from work and Ivy helped me tremendously. She was very polite and patient with me. She got me hooked up with the best deal for one person and I couldn’t be more pleased with a pizza place in this town! The atmosphere and the mineral Wells little Cesars is Wonderful. I enjoyed coming in today to get my pizza. Ivy the manager was very helpful and got my order out hot and ready. Today I went in to get two crazy breads. I was getting them for a friend's birthday. The lady was very helpful very kind very professional. I left and one of the crazy breads I was making into a bouquet and tissue paper it fell on the floor I was crying went back in and the lady gave me another order she was very caring and awesome great job. Thank you. This is a great place very clean very professional. Keep up the good work .

I have had several problems with this location but I figured how could they possibly mess up 1 cheese pizza and crazy bread. I was wrong again! I ordered on the app. Pizza was suppose to be ready at 3:15. Got to the store at 3:20. Absolutely nothing in the warmers or portals. Guy asked how he could help me. Told him I was waiting for an online order. He walked away and never came back or even went to look for my pizza. Several employees in the back knew i was there. Finally after standing in the front for 25 minutes, I interrupted a guy and asked can you find my pizza? He walks over to the stoves and my pizza and breadsticks were just sitting there getting cold. Lady threw it in a box and the guy hands it to me. I asked it's been sitting there this whole time and he says, I guess and walks away. Pizza box was wet and soggy, plain cheese pizza was cold and disgusting, breadsticks looked like they hadn't even been baked. I finally got my pizza at 3:50 and it got thrown in the trash. This location needs some serious management and employee training. I will not be giving them another chance to make a simple HOT N READY again since they can't even seem to do that right. Pizza was amazing fast and fresh! I generally order from this location. They are so quick and my pizza always looks fresh. Their customer service is really good after new management. This was my first time @ Little Caesars in Mineral Wells and these guys were really busy and they did not disappoint! The lady manager had her crew like a well oiled machine!
