Never again. I am understanding of a busy Friday night. I waited almost 30 minutes but figured I could run an errand and come back. I came back 30 minutes later they said they “don’t know what happened to my pizza” and I ended up waiting again while they made another. out of all 3 locations I go to the mattis store, but you have to go in the evening when the black girl with that tattoos there. I don’t recall her name but when she’s there the food is always hot, fresh and correct..I would rather not to come on my lunch break no offense but you can’t really understand them heavy Spanish accent and the pizzas always dried out not fresh at all. I don't know what's happened to little Caesars in the last year but it was sad. Nothing was working, nothing was stocked, even the menus weren't working! But they had the hot&ready pizzas. Employee spoke little English did not understand me. Got a premade cheese pizza that was cold rubbery and I think the crust was cardboard. Absolutely some of the worst fast food I've ever had. Service is horrible as well an.when staff does actually understand you trying to get a fresh made order is like pulling teeth. I grew up on the cheap pizza from here so I may like it just from nostalgia but I still like it today. Things have changed in 40 years but it's still good food for a good price and it's signature good speed. Sometimes you have to wait for the "hot and ready" but when you're swamped with business is to be expected. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
