Overall the food was good. They have Gluten Free 12" Pizzas ($16-17) which are good but pricey. If you like a thicker crust get the house crust. The service was quite bad overall with a couple bright spots. When we arrived we were the only ones in the dining area. By the time we left it was full. It's a smaller dining area than most restaurants but the waitress was pretty much non-existent. Drinks ran dry and she messed up an appetizer order. I chalk it up to being young and inexperienced..A lady from the back area, maybe the bar area came around to help and was fantastic. The parking lot is terrible and gets crazy full Friday nights so park in the second row or further if you don't want to feel like you're leaving a concert after dinner. Overall 7/10. They have an amazing thin crust pizza! When we lived in Naperville, this was our go to place for thin crust pizza. We moved away about 8 years ago and went there because we were in the area. The pizza was fantastic! They remodeled the place so it looks very clean and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and we had an enjoyable dining experience. Definitely recommend it! We thoroughly enjoy our time at Little Italian in Naperville. We get a table in the bar for pizza and drinks. The Bartender knows what we order. The service is always prompt and friendly. 10/10 the best local pizza spot. The crust is so perfectly crispy but soft and the sauce is delicious. Perfect blend of cheese, whether it’s the deep dish or the thin crust you cannot go wrong. Excellent pizza, and can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. Their stuffed and deep dish puts the big name places to shame, and their Chicago tavern style should get more recognition. We order from our neighbors at Little Italian today and I specifically asked if they could cook my fries golden brown to ensure they aren't soggy. I hate soggy fries, when I picked them up they were a bit over cooked. So I brought them back because we're only a few doors away. The manager Reina took them back gave me another order of fries that were cooked to perfection along with a side of peppers for our beef sandwhich with out any questions or complaints. She said she hates soggy fries as well! Big ups to you Reina for being customer service oriented and making sure we had a good experience. If you go to Little Italian on a Friday night and wonder why theres such a crowd its because not only is the food good but the service is excellent!
