Found this place serendipitously and what a happy discovery it was. We didn’t make a prior booking so had to wait for a short while for the food to arrive but trust me it’s totally worth it!!! We ordered the Oyster King Mushroom with White Cauliflower Tandoori style. Was a play of amazing flavours with the right amount of spice. Then we had Sicilian risotto with tomato sauce which totally blew my mind! The rice baked with cheese tomatoes, almond flakes and different spices was a total treat. As we were hungry AF we binged on a pizza as well which had all plant based mock meat but the flavours were just right. We ended this extravaganza with a cheese berry soufflé cake, osmanthus oat milk and chocolate oulei. It’s truly a little cozy place in the corner of Taichung with a warm and comforting ambience. An ideal place to spend quality time with friends and family. I shall surely be back for more :) Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

前菜雙人份沙拉兩種口味的麵包和濃湯沙拉脆口醬汁清爽，份量剛好適合兩個人分著享用。濃湯的水準中上，份量也十分大。麵包烤得剛好，外殼酥脆，內裡柔軟，散發著誘人的麵香味。蒜味麵包不會刺鼻辣眼睛，反而有著非常舒服的蒜香味道。小菜梨甜甜香料炸G 松露薯條植物肉、紅椒粉、迷迭香、柚子和馬鈴薯組成的炸G，調味很舒服，肉香味很強烈，但醬汁的果香和甜味相互平衡，吃起來不膩口。外殼是一層薄脆感的麵衣，原先預期會刮舌，但麵衣裹得很平滑，吃起來口感很好。份量相當多，不分享著吃的話，女生吃到這邊很可能就飽了。松露薯條和大部份提供同品項的店差不多，但值得一提的是炸的手法很不錯，酥而不油。主餐鐵觀音奶油蕈菇直麵超推的一道，茶葉的澀感和苦味很巧妙的平衡掉奶油過度平滑和Creamy的口感，不喜歡白醬膩口感的人建議還是可以大膽試一下，醬汁和麵的比例很不錯，大概是麵吃完還可以沾一塊麵包的感覺。除了茶湯和茶葉以外，裡面也可以吃到一些烤乾的茶葉和羽衣甘藍，同樣的元素可以吃到兩種不同的口感。吃得到店家的用心。山藥羽衣甘藍Pizza 很討喜的配置，每塊山藥都好好的被炙燒過，本來擔心山藥會導致口感偏乾，但甜菜根補足了這個缺口，再加上自調的美乃滋，超好吃。飲料桂花燕麥奶蜂蜜肉桂拿鐵兩杯飲品都屬中上以上的等級，沒想到桂花釀和燕麥奶會這麼搭差點要點第二杯，蜂蜜肉桂拿鐵也很好喝，店家還特別烤焦肉桂棒的一頭，喝之前建議可以拿焦掉的一頭拌一下，口感會多一個層次。甜點焦糖的好朋友個人沒有甜點的味蕾，但同行的女友是甜點師，據她的說法是表面焦化的狀況很好，裡面很濕潤，整個巴斯克的口感一致，沒有外面太乾的問題，超好吃! 🏠環境跟餐點來說都很有質感價格偏貴，但食物細心又好吃，很值得🥳 開胃小菜 -黑松露薯條🍟 酥酥脆脆的薯條淡淡的鹹味很剛好～開胃菜點薯條是必須的吧主食類 -黑松露牛肝菌炒飯🍚 飯炒得很香，有鍋氣又很精緻的那種！而且飯粒粒分明，很有嚼勁很推薦這個～熱炒類 -手工松露牛肝菌餃🥟 這個超級特別又好吃！外皮脆，內餡鬆軟又多汁會想一口接一口吃下去🤤 滿精緻的～這個超級推薦！！ Pizza類 -墨西哥煙燻香腸披薩🍕 素香腸的部分表現優異豆味不會很重，尚可～不管是不是吃素我覺得這間店都很適合！口味上變化很多也很細心🌟推！
