Tried Lkn Cheesecake in Lincolton and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious! We tried the Peach cobbler crumble, blueberry crumble, strawberry crunch & Oreo mint cheesecake! We visited the new Lincolnton location. We went in for a slice...or 2. There were so many amazing options, we left with 4 slices. I didn't take a pic because we were so excited to try them, we forgot to take one. All 4 cheesecakes are AMAZING! I had a foodgasm right away. I was especially impressed with the concept of the Biscoff cheesecake and the execution was perfection. I have baked a lot of cheesecakes over the past 20 years, so I can assure you, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of what you get. The only downside of my visit to LKN Cheesecakery is that I'm going to go again and again, which is probably going to force me to get my fat pants out lol!
