This place is much better known in the community for being a laundry, and unfortunately, I can now see why. The lady who runs the place is very friendly, friendly enough that I feel bad for writing this review, but it does need to be said.
I got the taquitos, and while they were a cheap price (50C per taquito + gallo pinto and cabbage salad), I still wouldn't say I got great value. The best part of the meal, the taquitos, were okay but nothing special.
Of more concern was the gallo pinto, the salad and the chilli sauce, all of which either tasted old, off or just... wrong. It was hard to put my finger on why it tasted wrong and it was a little worrying given the proximity to the laundry. I didn't get food poisoning, but it would certainly be the leading candidate if I had.
All this was accompanied by a 40 minute wait time as the only person in the restaurant, and a mysterious black thumbprint on the side of the plate (think shoe polish).
It was edible, but I'd recommend you avoid this restaurant. If you need cheap local food, Comedor Mendoza is your best bet.

Petit restaurant tenue par une locale très gentille. Nourriture locale et copieuse. Des jus frais. Un tarif plus que raisonnable. A deux on a payé 200 cordobas pour nos plats et 2 jus de fruits.
