I haven't been to a Long John Silver's restaurant in years. I was pleasantly surprised by this visit and how good everything was. I ordered the shrimp with fries, cole slaw and hush puppies. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly. This place doubles as an A&W restaurant, and I've been here before and had a good experience with the hamburgers side, so trying the seafood side was my next goal. I'm glad I came back. I'll consider stopping here again when I'm in the area. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Service was horrible bathroom smell like a sewer,and I ask for a happy meal burger no cheese and got cheese. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down an the Asian lady with the purple hair has a bad attitude for nothing she was the main person messing up customers orders not just mine but others as well. Came to get my husband and I dinner after work. The young man taking my order was speaking in mumbles. I asked him for cocktail sauce and he cut me off mid sentace and told me to ask for them at the window..ok..I get to the window and instantly can tell he's high as a kite. He can't even take orders right he charged me for 2 cheese curds instead of hush puppies didn't give me my drinks nor the sauce I reminded him about.. at the window.. like he said..I had to go back a total of 3 times for all my items since he kept forgetting things. On top of that it is so expensive! $40 for (2) 2pc fish meals and 2 drinks! And the drinks aren't even Included in the combo wth?! Overpriced and not worth it! If I could give then a half star I would, Food wasn't fresh (fries).Spoke with management that was corrected shrimp and chicken soggy.Service horrible the younglady with the purple hair was rude,I ordered take-out and she give it to as a dine-in I corrected her and she started slamming things around bad attitude. Bit expensive, but it was ok. Chili dogs on Tuesdays $1.50 not bad. They're fish combo is ok. I've always liked They're hushpuppies. For those that don't know they have two different menu's. Long Johns and A&W menu's in one restaurant. The cod and the coleslaw are my favorite things to order here. Both are consistently good and the cod pieces are a nice size. The grilled shrimp was good, but more of a snack portion than a meal sized one. The crab cakes were ok, but made with the typical fillers and very little crab. Having unsweetened iced tea to order as an option was definitely a plus.

Came to eat 3/3/24 yho young lady in the front said to another customer 2 employees took a lunch and she was by herself understandable it would take longer then supposed too but her attitude was horrible and rolling her eyes I know it annoying doing front and drive thru but she couldn’t moved with urgency being there was a line and then seeing her touch her pants and everyone card and then boxing the fish with her hands I decided to leave … the manger should really talk to their employees and let them know if short hand one empowers at a time on break I work fast food for years and thing I seen should not have happen
