Very sweet employees. 1st timer here. Location a bit run down. But doesn't effect the wonderful taste of fried fish. Cole slaw and fries always the best. I'm addicted to the traditional fish and chicken here which is served hot and full of flavor. The inside eating area is a mystery because only the drive through is open so can't rate the interior atmosphere of the restaurant. I enjoy my car so I gave it an extra star for my experience. I want to know how the health department isn’t called on this establishment. I received 2 chicken combos and asked for malt vinegar and they gave me some unknown cup that aren’t marked with supposedly malt vinegar in it. I don’t know how this is a legal to give customer some thing that is not package and that is not in a container that states what it is. I will be calling the health department. unfortunately the drive thru is the only thing open and after ordering we had to pull around to a "shed" to wait for the meal. Not long mind you, 15 min but no one else was before or after in the line..I was asked if I needed sauce and then didn't recieve any, the to go containers barely had anything in them..The taste was good( better than expected) however overall this restaurant needs a makeover bad. Very run down and dirty. I went thru the drive thru and from my view from the window, behind the counter is filthy. My food had black flecks, which weren't pepper, so probably burnt residue from the fryer. Tasted like the grease needed to be changed. The whole place needs to be gutted and remodeled. Incorrect order, rude unprofessional “manager” NA NAlita. Rang up the order incorrectly then refused to correct it even with us offering to pay. Got a 3pc chicken instead of the fish and shrimp platter. Refused to give the owners name and contact info to escalate this matter. There was no dine in because they are repairing or remodeling or something (although there was no work going on today, Nov 16). I guess nobody could be bothered to update this information, huh? I ordered the number one; 2 fish, 6 shrimp, cole slaw, green beans and hush puppies. The food was fresh and tasted great! The restaurant was super clean and the temperature was just right. The service was great. The young man that took our order was very friendly and worked with enthusiasm. He also brought our order out to us. He looked very interested in his work and took the time to make sure that the dining area was clean. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you to all the staff members at Long John Silver's for helping to make our visit a pleasurable one! *Rings bell*
