The experience here was beyond horrible! Ordered a family pack food was COLD!!! The hush puppies were literally like croutons and I’m not kidding. Hard as a rock!!! Fish chicken fries were nasty cold! Went to the front asked for a manger and the employee informed me there was no manager present. That they wete having a hard time with managers because they weren’t even ven showing up. I showed them the food and the horrible hard hush puppies and they were surprised! The employee in the back said the morning crew cooks so much food in the morning so they have to sell that same food throughout the whole day. Keep in mind I came at around 5pm, so you can only imagine how old this food was. So the employee said next time you come in let me know and I can make it fresh! Are you kidding me!!! Do you really think I’ll come back to a place like this!!! NO WAY JOSE!!!

No complaints, my bean chalupa was piping hot, and everything seemed put together with care and attention. I am vegan so I double check before I eat my food to make sure that there's no cheese or sour cream, which sometimes happens to get added to my food when the service is of a lesser quality, but there was no cross contamination here.

Crunchy Taco
We always having under par service. I went in to get a $5 cravings box and got told they don't have them when everywhere I read says they have them still. Was told only a $6 box available online. Never had this issue at the other Taco Bells just this one. Also note I noticed they gave a guy hard time about the long john silver side about have that food not ready till 11:30am just 10 mins away. Only when the customer said he wait did they change toon on what was ready then . Lol seriously don't work customer service if you can't handle it.

Went through drive thru 2/6 @ 4:50. The guy working the window, did not acknowledge me. I gave him bills and change and he let the change drop to the drop. Gave me back nearly $1 back w change, when I had the 7 cents. I told him, and I said “I even have it again” in change and tried to hand it to him and he laughed and shoved the money into my hand. He was very rude, he also didn’t acknowledge that it felt multiple times because of his lack of communication.

Quesadilla and Supreme Chalupa
I ordered a the 3 doritos los tacos supreme and paid to add guacamole on all 3 and got NONE of that. No sour cream no tomatoes no guacamole that I paid extra for. Extremely disappointing that I paid extra money for absolutely NOTHING.
I’m so disappointed! I got out of work at 10pm tired and hungry. I go to Taco Bell and they mess up my order big time! I payed 16.50 for 2 steak chalupas and a 5 dollar cravings box and I didn’t even get that! I got two soft shell tacos with a crunchy shell inside, a crunchy taco and two quesadilla tacos and I didn’t even get my receipt! We tried not to make a big deal out of it and just eat it but the tostadas smelled horrible and were so soggy, they looked like they were soaked in water for hours!!! They have messed up my order 3 times already this being the third!!

We ordered from doordash, and arrived 5 to 10mins after our pickup time. No one was at the counter when we got there. However, there was 2 or 3 guests waiting to be serviced. I asked if they had been helped, one man just chuckled and shook his head. So I said "excuse me" to get the attention of the girl working the window. This lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wait a min finger. I proceeded to tell her that we ordered through doordash. She reluctantly looked at the only bags sitting on their counter and asked for our names. The food was ours, but we were missing one. She brought the food over to us and put them on the counter with her back turned and told us we had to wait. We had already been in the store for 15mins. It took them 30mins to make the other order. They literally caused the inside line to be backed up and there were barely any customers at the drive thru window. None of the employees were wearing name tags btw...and there were no names on our receipts. And none of them were friendly. Anyway, my soda tasted like acid....so I informed the same lady that the machine may need to be checked. She came back 5mins later to tell me that the machine was fine, that's just how the drink tastes. So I exchanged my drink for something else. I barely eat at taco bell...my food was free...cant pass up free food in this economy...but I WILL NEVER go to this location again. Plus the lobby was dirty. This location needs to close 🤷🏾♀️

Ordered through Uber eats (first time at this location) quesadillas were stuck to the wrapping paper making a complete mess and hard to eat…cheesy potatoes were hard and dried out so went in the trash, couldn’t even chew the “potatoes” more like hard rubber 🤢hard taco fell apart from the bottom which led to another mess…yes I’m the one who rated in Uber eats a NEVER AGAIN!! I’ve stayed away from Taco Bell for this reason straight 🗑 🚮 thank you for reminding me to stop eating this mess

They have never completed my order correctly. Going through drive thru, I never receive the complete order. I have either one or two items missing every time. They are also extremely slow. They make you either pull forward and wait 10 to 15 minutes before your very simple order is delivered or do this weird thing where they make you back up in the line and wait I’ll they wave you forward.
