So my family took me here for my 60th birthday. First time here. We were a party of 5. Went in, and we had a 45-minute wait that turned out to be an hour. That's OK, they were busy. Very nice place. Very good menu with a good selection of food. Waitress asked if we had been there before, and we said no. First timers and my wife told her we were celebrating my 60th birthday. She took our drink and appetizer order. We had a spicy chicken nugget and shrimp with hot pepper appetizers, and both were so good. The problem is when our dinners came out, no one came to clear the empty appetizer dishes off our table. There was no room at all to put the dinner on the table. The food server had to hand our dinners to us to hold so she could free her hands up to clear some of the dishes off our table. My daughter and I were left still holding our dinners until she came back to grab the rest of the dirty dishes. Now, this is where my family got upset. My son-in-law told the hostess as we were getting seated that if the staff could sing Happy Birthday to me, that would be great. She told him she would be happy to do that for us. We heard a total of 5 Happy Birthday 🎂 songs that night. Mine was not one of them. They forgot about mine, and my family was upset. I told my family it was OK, let it go. My wife was the most upset. So very good food, nice place but service needs to be looked at. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The service was very good. Staff was friendly. Decor and ambiance was very nice. The temperature was too cold, and we were seated. The temperature was not dispersed properly throughout the restaurant. When it comes to food the steak, we ordered 2 well done steaks for the children. One came medium. My husband ordered his medium rare and it came well done. Their seasoning for all the meals was the same, salty and excessive pepper. Also, my cocktail martini glass was chipped. Longhorn Steakhouse is my go to when I need a quick meal with consistent food and beverages! This location has some awesome team members and the following should be recognized for their "Outstanding Customer Service" which made for a fabulous experience: Khaleil, Server Jewels, Server Assistant/Host Richie, Kitchen Manager All of the Team Members were extremely pleasant, attentive, happy and willing to help coupled with great attitudes, and genuine smiles! The floors are filthy!! You walk into all sorts of trash on the floor; straws, napkins, crayons, pens, pencils, fingernails, rubber bands, every office supply and kitchenware you can think of! It’s just gross. We were here almost a year ago and it was the same thing, filthy floors. If the floors look like this than I can’t imagine what that back room looks like. The entrance rug has a wet odor to it - maybe it should be changed. Please show the floors some attention! Thanks for reading! We got there and waited almost 20 minutes before somebody came to take our order Marisol the bartender walked over and asked if anybody had taken our order because She noticed that we were just sitting there and no one had walked over Luckily she came when she did because we were about to walk out. Marisol was very accommodating I wanted the peach sangria but she informed me that they no longer have the peach sangria but that she could put peach into my Margarita and if I didn't like it she would just make me a new one. I ordered a T- bone steak with lobster tail steak was cooked to my liking and the lobster was also cooked well. We were there celebrating my late husband's birthday and I asked Marisol if she could bring out the dessert with a candle but not to sing and she did which I greatly appreciate. It's quite nice here. We've never been. The atmosphere is similar to other higher end steakhouses. The quality in food is, I think, similar as well. The steak that I ordered was made to what I asked. It appears to be a nice place for a good steak with some cost efficiency, unlike higher end like establishments. The staff was attentive and came to our table often enough. The food was amazing. Longhorn steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Lobster and shrimp chowder was delicious. The service this time was not the best as the waitress kept forgetting things for our table like our utensils, and she forgot to bring my drink order entirely. I think that was a one off type of deal though as the last time I came here was a 10/10 all around experience.
