I was most satisfied with the home made crusty pies. American pie - The best reason to eat at the Roadhouse. The location boasts the impressive views of the entire Lake Elsinore city while serving up humble American diner food. Some of the garnishes on the plate were not fresh, losing half a star. The food was great otherwise. This diner closes before sunset! The outside deck seating is worth the loud sounds of the highway. The pies are amazing! We stopped at Lookout Roadhouse while we were out for a drive and had an amazing experience! It was a quaint restaurant with a beautiful view! And the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the bbq pork sandwich and the filet mignon tips sandwich- both with potato salad! We loved all of it! Customer service was great, and food/ drinks were well priced.
