Food is good. But the service is horrible.
Ordered takeout, barely was checked on by staff.
Food was supposed to be done. But I had to wait OVER AN HOUR. For two sandwiches and Mac N cheese.
I am empathetic to Food service workers, as I am one myself. However waiting over an hour for two sandwiches is ridiculous. Either severely understaffed or management with horrible customer service prioritizing.
Would recommend the food, but probably will not be ordering here again due to this experience.

Longest waiting experience of my life. Got my order wrong, waited another 10-20 minutes? Its been over an hour. I got here around 6:20 PM. Its 7:41 PM. Just for 10 pieces of bone in wings...
I wasn't joking when this was the longest waiting experience in my life. I was okay to wait for like 40 minutes in Olive Garden about years ago, but this is ridiculous for an hour and 20 minutes. My partner is already done eating and tired of waiting and so am I. So I guess these will be cold leftovers now. By the time we even leave it'll be 8 PM and it already almost is. Its 7:56 PM at the moment I'm typing this.
I'm not blaming the waiter, the chefs, or trying to come off as a jerk, but this isn't the first time they've had my order wrong and made me wait longer. The mess up last time was annoying because they put on the wrong sauce. Now its twice because I was given boneless.
Placed an order to go online. Was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Took another 20 mins of waiting to get my order. Thought since I had to wait the food would have been fresh. 10 minute drive home and set out the food. Potato skins looked as if they had been sitting for about an hour. The salads were good and asked for extra dressing but didn't receive it. Didn't receive the French onion dip for the potato skins. Ordered cinnamon rolls and didn't recieve them. Watched people walk in to get a table and told there would be a 45 minute wait. Turned around and seen 9 empty tables that just needed to be cleared. Don't know if they were understaffed or what was going on.

Nice it was quiet ,we were there just before the dinner crowd our waitress was very nice from beginning to end. Our food was good and well cooked and served quickly hardly no wait.

This is not the restaurant it once was. Our food took over an hour to get after ordering. Overall the food was subpar, with one of the entrees being completely inedible. The manager knew there were problem and discounted 10% of the check and offered us free desserts. By that point, $5 off and a cookie seemed like an insult.

I just deleted a 4-start review from 2 years ago. 5-stars this time Radford! We stopped for lunch and it was great. We ordered the BoBagger with some customizations, Tippecanoe and Tyler Too, and 2 Big Daddy's customized. No complaints at all. Onion rings are battered, tator tots are crunchy and the fries are thick and golden. Our waiter was wonderful and made sure he got all our customizations correct.
