Having a member rewards or loyalty account or whatever doesn't mean you get advertised discounts anymore. I hate that they require you to have their app on your phone to get the advertised price for some things. Sure it's because of digital coupons, but they have the coupon price prominently advertised right there in the store, and they have my loyalty account info via my phone number I give them at checkout, so it's easily trackable who used it if they just have an option to apply it from the register. Do i really have to also download another app? Asking cashier for digital price anyway didn't help, they just play dumb and awkward. This also makes it very difficult for my more senior family members to get discounts they should easily get otherwise. There's a much nicer much better store nearby that automatically applies any applicable coupons from their recent add for you, no need for an app or anything else, just gotta be a member is all. I'll just shop there, or at other nearby grocery stores from now on, there's lots of other options.

I consider this place my neighborhood store. This is my goto grocery store. I like it because it has everything that I need and is never too crowded. They do their best to stop looting and I feel like the store is a safe place to shop. Whatever they don't have we find at the Walmart neighborhood market or on Amazon. They have the essentials and so we go there a lot for quick and easy trips close to home.

They are very nice and their prices are low on most items. The checkout clerks are so nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here. I have a service dog that sometimes shops with me and they always greet us with a warm smile.

The meat department use to look so nice everything was fresh and nicely organized … idk what happen but it’s dose not look like it used to I felt like I was shopping at Walmart

This is my “go to” grocery store They have good deals most if the time!! It’s always fast check out and the employees are very friendly

Relaxed atmosphere but not ghetto either 😌 Had an amazing selection of different flavors, brands, different varieties etc. First time coming to this Macey's as I am new to the neighborhood however I will def be returning 🤩😊

I shop here for several reasons: 1. It's much cheaper than Harmon's or Smith's or Target 2. I feel a lot safer than at the close by Smith's or Walmart 3. The staff are super friendly. 4. The crowd is generally much smaller than the other stores.

Unlike Smiths grocery owned by Glom Kroger, Maceys grocery is an Associated Food Stores company. A local Utah company that sometimes promotes locally produced items. My expectation of Macey's is that they are a budget friendly cousin of Harmons, which also is an AFS company. It seems, and I may be wrong, that each Macey's has retained the best of whatever franchise they took over in each location. Example: the bread produced at the bakery in this location has always been top-notch.
