The staff was excellent and ensured our meal was perfect. The food was interesting and elevated beyond the norm. There are booths available and it is quiet enough to have a discussion without raising one's voice. It's a little pricey, so going there is more of a treat than a regular thing.

Bland food. Bad coffee and horrible service. I have eaten all over this country, so I know great delicious food and amazing service. The manager was a total moron and very disrespectful. I almost slipped because some idiot spilled water, and when I told the manager to put the slippery wet sign until someone mopped it up, he didn't like the idea of someone telling him what to do and put it in the wrong spot, almost causing a pregnant woman to slip and fall. When I told him I wanted the owners name and phone number to complain, He said No.

The tacos and chilaquiles were really good.
Unfortunately, the service (waitress) was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She made a mistake on our order and did not admit her mistake, and when she corrected the order she just threw the plates on our table.
This was my first and last time at this restaurant.
Just a reminder, you are in the hospitality business and your owe your business to your patrons.
After several calls and leaving messages over a couple of weeks, I never received a call back from Jose. Please don’t post any type if resolution if don’t really mean to address the issue with a customer.

We’re from out of town and decided to stop here. Our server, Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s food allergies. I have never experienced a more accepting environment for our unique requirements. It’s difficult to go out to eat given our circumstances but Jennifer gave so much attention to detail and made our experience phenomenal. If I could give one million stars, I would. It was the first time my daughter didn’t feel like an outcast. I will definitely make it a point to visit Mad Rooster again.
