It’s simply the best restaurant in Sri Lanka. It is held by a family, the owner Hema is very nice and close to the costumers and his wife is a very good cocker. Delicious food and the hosts are very kind ❤️ Cheap and great place if you are in Tangale! You need to visit them. Hema is a great story telling and he draw a landscape for our son. Price per person Rs 500–1,000

The service is very slow even though we were the only ones at their restaurant. We ordered devilled prawns and rice which was good . The kalamaari macaroni pasta was ok . Had the best curry and fried rice in Sri Lanka here. The prawns are the best we have ever had. Very nice family and great conversations with the host! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate here twice. Delicious and authentic food. Told us upfront if we wanted rice and curry we had to wait about 45 minutes because they made all from scratch. Cooked curries upon request for the last visit and we told then which time we wanted a table and the food was ready in time. And the kids loved the non spicy potato curry they had both times. Best salad in Sri Lanka! Very good curry, potatos and also great kottu. The family is amazing, we fully can recommend this Restaurant. They also have fruits and do vegan options.
