We are Latinos that recently moved to Burbank and we were a bit hesitant in trying this place because the recent reviews were negative. But after going there on 3 different occasions I feel comfortable leaving this review. I don’t normally like Mexican style bread because the ones I’ve tried all seem to be stale or hard, but the bread is soft and tasty here! On all three different occasions it was the same.

In a regretted effort to support a small business in my local area, I would hope that no one else make the mistake I made in choosing this establishment. The staff is rude and in error, choose to site language barriers as a means to not manage customer complaints.
I ordered a cake that was nothing like what I was assured. And once cutting it, I was even more disappointed than I could imagined! The cake was clearly burned tasted horrible! Very embarrassing for me in front of guest.
The bakery did not want to reimbursement me even after seeing the photos of the obvious damage! After some back and forth, they decided to claim half of the reimbursement, but them blocked my number at the time of me trying to secure the amount! I decided it was no longer worth the effort. But wanted future buyers to beware. Do not be fooled. This place is unprofessional and not to be tried.

It's ok but prices could be a little better the environment sometimes is not safe because pastries are along entering the store and are not covered and with the pandemic situation coughing sneezing I think I will walk out even though I love this pastry. Be careful Maucos

I have tried it's ok but the previous owner she made the cakes and bread really good does anyone know where she went?
