The girl staff was very rude towards my friend that she even mocking her and raise her voice while my friend was just trying to ask for the service (change the mic’s battery). The overall service was also very bad, displaying the combo but there is only 1 choice of snack and drinks (soya???) not even soft drinks available??? Been calling the staff from the room’s tv but no one came, so my friend need to go downstairs. Will never come to this karaoke place again! Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I were to choose, I dont even want to give a star, especially for the customer service. One of the staffs, a girl staff was being so so extremely rude at me. She was being gangster while talking when realising im her customer. The problem was the mic is out of battery and im questioning her about that, which made her triggered and started to talk rudely. 👎

Been there yesterday,one of the staff (that girl with shoulder length hair and wear contact lens) quite rude, she told us that no available room for small (which supposed we are 3 person only) and gave us the choice left with vvip room which is quite expensive and for the small room we have to wait for half an hour. After done discussing and we were going downstair, decided to wait for the small room (rm20/hour) as the vvip room cost rm45/hour. We go to the cashier again and another staff gave us the room without waiting as the previous staff told us. As we went to our room, there was still plenty of available room as it is not crowded. Another problem was the mic issue when we get there was no battery for both mic and we have to go to cashier again to get the new mic. Again the problem did not stop there the mic battery did not last longer and we have to change new mic AGAIN! Change to new one also got problem which cannot connected to the system. Overall, would never repeat again. Worst experience ever. If ever I can gave 0 star yes i would give to this place.

It's ok for the price, but I would expect all mic are inspected properly and in working condition such as battery fully charged and tested. I like that they allow smoking in the room.

mainroom yang baru ni much more better . staff friendly tak macam yg dulu . mic pun okay . lagu banyak pilihan . kalau tak paham nak guna screen tu boleh minta staff ajarkan . will repeat for sure . Price per person RM 1–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
