We had a VEGAN version of the classic hazelnut-cream cake this Christmas - it was a great success! My father comes from The Hague and is a self-proclaimed Maison Kelder-connoisseur, and he is not vegan. However, he said the vegan version is even better than the original, just as tasty but just a bit lighter. We all had a delicious dessert - highly recommend you to try the cruelty-free vegan version of your favourite cake. Maison Kelder, you do an amazing job taking your business to the next level!! Arrogant staff. Huff and puff when you say you don’t know about their signature hazelnut pastry, as if it were the best invention since sliced bread. Posh place, way past its prime. Ignore.
