We are thankful that they gave free entry for our daughter who is below 12 years old (or because both parents paid to go in?) We didn’t ask in details. We paid 7000 points per pax. Food was not too bad, varieties of food. The curry laksa was yummy, tomyam bee hoon was good too, pasta and others. Service was quite good. The area next to the big window gives you a nice view of some aeroplanes boarding and deboarding at the gates. We enjoyed the place, the food and the service. This is my usual hangout whenever I am departing/transiting at the domestic terminal. This was their afternoon tea offerings on this visit. The variety might not be as extensive as its regional lounge but still decent. Flavours of dishes were generally good. I just adored their sardines and cucumber sandwiches - one of my favourite childhood favourites. They were yummy!

It's a very comfortable place to hang out and to have some food for thought before your next flight. Well decorated, however, if the foods served could be more veriaty that would be perfect. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Wide area, many seats at least in early morning. Breakfast with good options from the local nasi lemak, congee and assorted fruits. Wi-Fi working very well, staff always around and the maintenance is good. Showers available, with towels and all the necessary items.

The old town white coffee needs QAQC or mystery guest to check on them. Their white coffee uses normal coffee bean/powder. When ask on the packaging they used for the coffee bean, they say they brew it fresh. The coffee don't even have taste of white coffee. Old town, do your necessary check. Maybe still early so not crowded inside the lounge......the spaces is big enough,the ambient is cozy,can see the airplane view from the lounge..... the nasi lemak taste is quite good,the others are so so...... arabica coffee is nice and the teh tarik is too sweet for me
