Fresh and delicious pastizzi. I liked the pea one so much. The gentleman serving was very kind and smiling and I liked that I was able to pay by card even a small amount of money. At Manuela’s they use their Family RECEPIES - great tasting Pastizzi (singular is pastizz) ….these are a small pastry made with a crisp flaky dough and typically stuffed with fillings like ricotta cheese, mushy peas etc. We tried the peas and ricotta. Excellent. We also tried the Qassatat…These pastry pockets are larger and less flaky than pastizzi, and are often filled with the same traditional fillings: ricotta or peas. Enjoyed them. Food: 5

Delicious!! I tried the ricotta Pastizzi, the chicken mushroom & the small pizza. All fresh, right out of the oven and incredibly delicious. Food: 5

I knew this place from reading the reviews from travel blog. The shop is easy to find. I bought 3 pieces and all of them are so delicious. The texture is perfect and taste as well. Chicken mushroom is my favorite one. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

The best pastizz! We searched for the national traditional Malta pastizzi for days. This is the best ones we had, but also the cheapest prices!! So strange huh. The pastries are freshly made every morning. He closes shop before 2pm, sometimes around 1pm. Lol When we tried the first pizelli, I went back to get another one and also waited for freshly baked rikotta. Highly recommended. Wish we could try more types but he sold out all the other type of pastizzi for the last day of our trip. Service Dine in

Very friendly owner, reasonable prices, with a local authentic feel. Stated he had the best Pastizzi in Malta so had to try one (.50 euro each). It was good but not the best. Fine stop for a quick coffee and snack in the middle of Valletta. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
